As a seasoned Trial Technology Consultant/”Hot Seater”, I bring a deep understanding of courtroom dynamics and litigation experience, from simple to super complex cases. I have experience in jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations, as well as in a number of legal jurisdictions from state and federal courts to arbitration forums. The trials I have worked on have ranged from one day to 11 weeks. I have traveled across the country, as well as internationally (Mexico, Bermuda, Milan), and I have presented evidence in several bilingual Spanish proceedings.

Trial Presentation Tools & Technologies
OnCue is the heart and soul of my trial presentation success. Within OnCue I create the trial database and I manage all of the trial exhibits, sync, edit and play video deposition clips, organize witness exams, and present evidence flawlessly and in real time.
There are a variety of other tools that I use to support trial preparation and presentation, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Easy Bates, File Renamer, Final Exhibits, Beyond Compare and Zoom.
I oversee and coordinate the integration of hardware for courtrooms, and provide on-site troubleshooting of any hardware issues.
